Stayed here for my stag from Friday 14th - Sunday 16th May 2010, had a great stay and loved Cardiff this place is in the ideal location is right beside the Millenium Stadium and is 5 minute walk from city centre!! The facilities in the hostel are great, there is a bar, free wi-fi and they have a hammock to laze around in and if you can't get the hammock there is a few bean bag cushion seats to relax in........... never got to relax in them as we were always doing something, tho one of the guys did fall asleep in the hammock on the saturday night after a hard days drinking. Would love to be back in Cardiff again and if i am there is only one place i'd be staying and that is NosDa Hostel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean also.......... can't recmmend this place enough to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Cardiff.

We took a large party of students up to Cardiff for the weekend and experienced excellent service from Nos Da. They arranged for us to have their sister hostel "Backpackers" all to ourselves and the freedom to come and go as we pleased, not to mention provided us with all of the information and entertainmnet we required. Thankyou Nos Da.

A fantastic hostel, a great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms loads of free parking, and good comms throughout making it really easy to deal with. It really did fit the bill of what I needed. The only things that may be able to improve on is a little more local knowledge of where is good to head to for the nights out, we went to see the rugby on the Friday night, and the staff knew there was a local b us to take you but did not know where from. We ended up in Taxi's which was fine, and this really is being picky by mentioning it, however there is nothing else remotely negative to comment on. Thanks Again, Giles

I highly recommend this accomodation to anybody - especially groups of friends and/or sports teams! Myself and my women's rugby team decided to stay at the NosDa in April 2010. I'll be honest and say I was a bit weary on what to expect with a hostel. However, the NosDa beat all my expectations. The staff working there are friendly and really nice people to get on with. They're also happy to give you honest advice on where to go out and around Cardiff. The facilities are amazing with free tea and coffee (Great!), a nice lounge area and a decent priced bar! There is also breakfast in the morning which is a bonus. We stayed in private rooms and they were awesome - spacious, modern and clean. And the beds are actually comfortable! I think the NosDa is of exceptional value. Myself and a lot of my team members have already said we'll be visiting again. It's a great place to stay in a great city. Thanks to all the people there that made our stay so awesome! :)

This is a fantastic hostel -- one of the best I've been in. The staff are friendly and increadibly helpful; the rooms are clean and not overcrowded; the bathrooms are very private, clean, and the showers have tremendous pressure; the on-site bar and kitchen are wonderful, perfect at the end of a long day walking the city; and the view of the river Tiff and Millenium Statdium are spectacular!
