The ambiance, the staff, the bar, decoration, everything !

I loved the environment. All of the rooms were so nice; they felt like you were staying in someone's home. I loved that there were several kitchens available to guests. Every night there is dinner available for 5 euro and it is always sooo good. Perfect location as well. The staff definitely makes the place. They are all so friendly and eager to answer your questions and give suggestions. Vinny, at reception, was even nice enough to lend us a tent to camp in for the weekend. Taylor was incredibly helpful with around town suggestions. Joanna was so helpful with booking and helping us find a room we really liked. I did not like the rule that non-guests are not allowed in the hostel. Before we stayed at the hostel,I wanted to go to the hostel bar for a drink but wasn't allowed to. Also, internet is choppy. Other than that, i was in love with this hostel.

Quite possibly the best hostel I've ever stayed at! They have everything that makes a great hostel: Excellent et friendly staff, great food (they have home cooked dinners for real cheap), great tours, outside bar, etc. They make you feel like part of the family! If you stay in Lisboa, you MUST stay with them!

I just returned from Lisbon and together with my friends had a great time at Oasis. The hostel is charming, well located, the staff courteous and the place has a great vibe. I highly recommend it.

I have travelled all over Europe and stayed in many of the Famous Hostels. I have to say that the Oasis Mansion has not only been one of the best hostels in this network but one of the best hostels I have ever been to. From Bruno´s Day trip, to Mama Linda´s homemade portuguese feats. Thank you Oasis!! I had an amazing time and would reccomend visiting Lisbon for the hostel
